01Initial Situation
YAŞAM KOLİ AMBALAJ's inline rotary printing machine had issues interrupting the production line. The scope covered resolving these faults and identifying risks that could cause future unplanned downtime.
Since a fault in one section of an inline machine generally affects the whole line, addressing the visible fault alone was not considered sufficient. Work began with an inspection of machine condition and automation architecture.
02Applied Solution
Inspection identified existing faults, and the necessary interventions resolved issues affecting operation. Repair preserved the original connection arrangement and control logic, working within the existing architecture.
- Diagnosis and repair of existing faults
- Assessment of potential failure points
- Preserving original connections and control logic
Predictive maintenance assessed points still operating but at risk of future failure. The aim was to recognise downtime risks in advance and complete necessary interventions before production was interrupted.

03Technical Assessment
Repairing existing faults and reducing future fault risks were handled within the same work. Predictive maintenance generally aims to reduce unplanned downtime through intervention before failure occurs.
All repair and maintenance work was completed without changes to the electrical drawings. The machine therefore continues to be used in the existing arrangement familiar to the business.

04Return to Operation
After repair and predictive maintenance, the inline rotary printing line was operational again. It was delivered to YAŞAM KOLİ AMBALAJ without changes to its electrical drawings.
The video shows the electrical cabinet, control buttons and conveyor section. Gallery photographs show the cabinet interiors where work was performed.

05Project Outcomes
“While existing faults were repaired, points that could cause future stoppages were also checked. Repair without changing the electrical drawings allowed us to keep using the machine in its familiar arrangement.”
