01Initial Situation
On-site diagnosis and repair were carried out on automation computers belonging to customers in various sectors. These computers handled production machine control, monitoring and operator interfaces.
A computer fault could stop the connected machine entirely, making prompt intervention essential. Work was therefore completed at the customer's facility wherever possible.

02Applied Solution
Each intervention assessed the automation computer's condition together with its machine connections. On-site checks established whether the problem originated in the computer, connections or system operation.
- Inspection of the computer's existing condition
- Checking machine connections
- Assessment of system operation
After identifying the fault source, necessary repairs were performed directly on site. The issue was resolved without sending the device to a service centre.

03Technical Assessment
An apparent automation computer fault does not always originate in the computer itself; machine connections or system operation can produce similar symptoms. Diagnosis therefore considered the computer and connected system together.
After repair, the computer's machine connection and basic control functions were checked again. This ensured not just that it powered on, but that it could resume its role in the connected machine system.

04Return to Operation
Most interventions for different customers were completed within a few hours. Automation computers and connected machines were restored to operation and delivered to customers.
On-site repair eliminated the wait associated with sending devices to a service centre and prevented prolonged production line downtime.
05Project Outcomes
“The machine control computer's problem was resolved on site. Restarting the line within a few hours without sending the computer to a service centre was a great convenience.”
